Why people associate green with envy. Are not green suppose to means calm and serene as green as trees and forest and mountains? Why is it associate with such act that only show negative attitude towards something or is it really mean negative or else?

I envy a girl. With talent as big as the mountain and ideas as vast as the sea. She seem to be able to capture whatever in front of her with such art and creativeness that I am not able to do.
I envy another girl with skin as smooth as kulit telur and career so great that make her look great and full of charisma whenever I saw her.
I envy her because she has such great companion!
I envy him for he has such wonderful life
I envy a man for the great family he have and magnificent car he own.
I envy a person with knowledge and experience great persuasive skills that make everyone respect and want to be with.

People say that we always envy people because they posses’ things that we dream to possess but at the same time people also envy us in what we have. How ironic!

Does being envy-cious make us bad? It sometimes act as a driving force for us to be better in whatever we do so that we can become the person we dream to be. Envy is good but to what extend?

Dear blog;

It has been a while. I was out and in of the Net few times but does not seem to find the right time to update this blog. Takde idea maa.. Anyway I went to MidValley again last Saturday with my sis. Die nak beli barang-barang so..the reason is good enough for me to accompanied her *yippie!* + I am so bored being at home without much work to do. We went and buy her things first before indulging ourselves with a nice lunch which is on me as usual.Kering poket ku …Kila nak makan Dave’s deli.

I bought a new CD from a talented singer Keri Noble. She is a very talented singer/pianist. I spent quit sometimes in Tower Record listening to the CDs in the store. I discover new thing (maybe new to me je kot..I do not know hehehe). That original CDs nowadays had this copyright controlled technology where you can’t view the song of the CDs track by track. They already installed a player in the CDs that will automatically open and play the songs. In case you all tak paham ape saya try nak explain..in simple words..kite takleh la nak copy track by track to dari CD ke pc.It is copy controlled protected. Herm..bijak..bijak.

Anyway I leave you with one of new song by Keri Noble..hehe lyrics ajer la ye..called Pieces of My Heart.

Driving down the highway
Saying goodybye to it all
In between the blues and greens
We're following the call
That takes us so far away
From summer's sunny days
I'm missing you already
I can still see your face

Sitting underneath the stars
With a cold beer and old friends
Talking till the sun comes up
And then we'd do it again
Well you've become a part of me
That I never wanna lose
Till we come back together
You know I'll be missing you.

I can hear us laughing
I remember every part
I've got everything we ever did
It's tattooed on my heart
There's a cold wind coming in
And blowing us apart
Till the summer brings us back
Know you've got a piece of my heart

Watching your tailights
Fading out of my sight
Feeling like the sun just lost a little bit of its light.
You've left your memory to linger
With new memories to start
Till the summer brings us back
Know you've got a piece of my heart

buat beberape kuiz online..seronok2 jer...saje nak tengok kene ke dgn tuan yg empunya diri *wink

1)What is your resort style?

Result
You're a Romantic Resorter
Candlelit dinners, moonlit walks on the beach, and most importantly, timeout just for two. It sounds like you're looking for a resort that will provide the perfect setting for l'amour. Whether you're looking to get whisked away or fall in love all over again, the right resort will set the tender tone to get your heart pounding and take your breath away. A secluded resort on a gorgeous beach should be just what the love doctor ordered to fan the fires of passion and create lasting memories for you and your special someone

2))Simple personality test

Result
yani, others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding; someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out

I'm terza rima, and I talk and smile.
Where others lock their rhymes and thoughts away
I let mine out, and chatter all the while.

I'm rarely on my own - a wasted day
Is any day that's spent without a friend,
With nothing much to do or hear or say.

I like to be with people, and depend
On company for being entertained;
Which seems a good solution, in the end.
What Poetry Form Are You?

Loss..

I used to believe that the word loss was the implication that what is loss could be found. A mother finds her child's lost action figure under the piles of other toys under her bed. A girl lost her favourite doll once being snatch by a bully kid cried with joy once it was return to her when a neighbour handed them. A businessman loses his huge investment one year, and then recovers it in the next.
When I was small I used to keep a box of shells that I often gathered from beaches I went. Some were pretty pink, translucent pearly white and some were even deep black with curvature so fine and delicate. I used to keep it in a Van Houten box under my late grandma bed. (Which I often thought as the safest place on earth to keep my things from my to big bully brother). It was my pride and joy...but one day I went to the box and take it out and discovered that all the shells shattered into million tiny pieces which is more that a layer of dust after one week. I realize then that IT WAS GONE and could never be replaced.

Last couples years, I lost another much beautiful treasure. I called her opah. She was the one beautiful colorful gems among colourless stones that make up my world.

Yesterday I lost two little baby kittens to a mindless male cat. One lost his/her head, and the other one has a very large hole under his/her chin, which I have no doubt was a bite mark.

Today another baby kitten died because the mother was careless. She probably been stepping on his/her endless time and even sits on the kitten and suffocating him/her. I was angry but I just donno whether I should be or not.

I wake up every morning, and for a few second of my day everything seems in its place. Then I remember all that happen.
Now I understand the true meaning of loss; the recognition, day after day that the thing you lost can never be found…

Ajal ,maut jodoh ,pertemuan semuanya ditangan Tuhan.Andai sudah tertulis kau letakkanlah seberapa besar kuasa pon untuk menghalang pasti tidak dapat merubah ketentuan takdir

(sape pandai teke la dimanakah lokasi gambar ini diambil??)

----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a very good article for us to read, understand and ponder.Probably a bit long but worth to read.A mind opener to all graduates.

Not what you wanted after all!
- Zuraidah Omar looks at how life has ways of changing your career plans.

Ramli Ibrahim, Artistic Director of Sutra Dance Theatre, is an internationally-acclaimed classical Indian dancer and choreographer. When he graduated from the University of Western Australia, it was as a Mechanical Engineer. He had however been interested in dance since he was a small child and pursued his dancing interest while going through university. After graduation, Ramli put aside his engineering qualification and went on to join the Sydney Dance Company as its first non-Australian dancer.
It shouldn't be surprising to know that every year, people graduate from college or university with degrees in which they have no interest whatsoever.

Shahril Nizar Hilmi graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, England. After just one year in a finance-related job, Shahril left to go into sales and marketing because he ceased to have interest in that area. Shahril feels that if he could start all over again, he would have chosen some other qualification such as music instead. The reason he hadn't originally pursued a qualification in music was because of "the lack of market value in our restricted and rigid Malaysian job market."

Nasrul Nasir left Middlesex University, London, England with a BA in Accounting and Finance. His first job was in his discipline area but after one and a half years, he left and is now doing Business Development relating to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures. He found his former job to be too operational and focussed only on one thing. If he was to start again, Nasrul would go into more creative lines such as media, advertising or even the hospitality line.

Choong Wai Hoong graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. When he first started working in Australia, it was in a related area, i.e. road research. He then obtained a graduate diploma in Data Processing after working for two years; he continued to work at the same place but was transferred to the Computer Programming department. When he returned to Malaysia, he went on to pursue a career in computer-related work, first as Software Manager and later as the Data Processing Director of a market research firm. For the last ten years however, Choong has been running his own graphic design business - another field altogether!

When Zawiyah Omar graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA, she was armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has been working with the same multinational manufacturing company since she first started working. After stints in product planning and manufacturing over a number of years, Zawiyah now finds herself managing human resource compensation and benefits. Her career shifts are attributed to "a change of environment and new challenges, knowledge and experiences" .

Effendi Abdul Rahman, who is Human Resource Director in another manufacturing company, also came to HR in a circuitous manner. He graduated from Imperial College, University of London with a degree in Computing Science. His earlier jobs had been related to his qualification but he got into human resource management "due to promotion and career advancement opportunities" .

Yusni Yunan is a law graduate from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, but immediately after graduation two years ago, she declined offers to help her get work as a chambering student in law firms and instead applied for and was accepted into a graduate teacher training programme. She now teaches in a secondary school and has turned down an offer to be transferred to the law unit of the Education Ministry. Why then did she do a degree in law? In her case, it was simple enough. She had always dreamed of being a teacher but when she was offered a place in university, she was not given any other choice but to do law. So law it was, but she didn't waste time after graduation to do what she wanted to do in the first place.

So, if you have just left college or university with a degree in an area that is of no interest to you whatsoever, all is not lost. "Your tertiary education will provide you with the necessary knowledge in the infant years of your work life," says Effendi. "There are a lot of factors that will influence the shape of your career. Your ability to judge what is appropriate along the way is key. The environment is always changing and hence what is okay today many not be enough in the future. Your ability to continuously learn, unlearn and relearn are key attributes in the 21st century. Be open and seek challenges where opportunities are plenty, and consistently put commitment in whatever you do along the way."

But before you take that big step to quit your present job, take some time first to think through very carefully about what really interests you. Zawiyah advises, "Your years of experience will actually open up various opportunities that may not directly be in your core discipline. Given such an opportunity, you should seek what your needs and interests are before embarking on the opportunity."

Some people are lucky in that they have a passion, such as Ramli Ibrahim, and this passion drives them to do the things that they truly love. Most often, people don't quite know what it is that they enjoy doing, even though they know they don't like what they are doing at present.

Molly Gordon, a career change expert, advises people to discern their authentic work by setting aside a time each day for 30 days to take note (in a book or planner) of those moments in their daily life that are of greatest and least authenticity. Questions that you can ask yourself are:

When did I feel most/least grateful?
When did I feel most/least productive?
When did I feel most/least engaged?
When did I feel most/least energised?
When did I feel most/least generous?
When did I feel most/least fear?
At the end of the 30 days, you should review their notes and ask yourself further:

Where was there typically the most energy (positive or negative) for me?
What vision for my work allows me to give and receive the most love/energy/vitality?
Where did I typically experience the greatest connection or meaning?
The answers to these questions should help you in finding out whether your present job suits you in terms of what makes you happy and productive. These are of course on the qualitative aspects. If the answers show that you need to seek fulfilment in some other career, you will still need to examine some realistic issues such as:

What skills do you have that are adaptable and transferable to your new chosen career?
What type of people do you expect to work with?
What type of work environment are you looking for?
How much money do you need to make and are the benefits important to you?
Making a career change takes courage, especially if it involves something very different from your field of study or from what you have been doing all along. But it can be rewarding as it opens you to a new environment, one in which you are more comfortable, and that gives you apportunities to develop new skills and abilities.
It can be difficult, and even traumatic, but take heart from the words of management guru Stephen Covey, author of 'The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People' (also contained in this annual): "There is no point working really hard at climbing the ladder to success if the ladder is leaning up against the wrong wall."

Mari membuat pizza.hari nie tengok Discovery Travel n Adventure - Food Crazy - Pizza.Teringin pulak nak makan pizza.Ni resipi dough pizza yang nipis..slamat mencuba...

Perfect Thin Crust Recipe

2/3 cup Water
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast

Place all of the ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the dough cycle and press start. You may need to add some more flour (1 Tbsp. at a time) if the dough is too wet or more water if the dough is too dry (1 Tbsp. at a time). Preheat your oven to 500 degrees for at least 30 minutes. Grease the pizza pan with olive oil or pan spray. If using a peel and stone, dust the peel with cornmeal to prevent the pizza from sticking. While the dough is rising, prepare your toppings and grate your cheese. After the dough has risen one time, roll it out on a lighly floured or cornmealed surface or hand stretch until a nice circle is formed. It may never be a perfect circle but that is just part of homemade pizza. Dust the dough with flour or cornmeal only as needed to prevent sticking. Lay the dough on your prepared pan or peel. Pull the dough up around the edges of the pan so that a slight lip is formed, and crimp the edges. For a thin crispy ccrust, place your toppings on the pizza and bake iimmediately. For a thicker, chewier crust, allow the dough to rise for 15 to 30 minutes. The longer the rise, the thicker the dough. Place your toppings on. You should place sauce first, followed by cheese, meat, vegetables and seasonings. You should als o leave 1/2 inch untopped border around the crust. Place the pizza on the bottom rack of the oven or directly on the pizza stone and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. This should take 10 to 15 minutes

Chow..nak pi buat pizza tuk berbuka..

In the mood for love..

Ever watch Turn Left Turn Right. How destiny had played with them. Being so near yet so far. How emotion has bound them in such uncertainty but yet they still long for each other. They had crossed each other path several times, being face to face in the revolving door, saying excuse me in a crowd and even a voice of wrong number in the receiver but they did not realize it. How fate have approach them and back off several times.

And A Walk to Rememberwhere love are giving a new definition by portraying a relationship that base on trust. Love so pure that it actually helps them to grow into a better person. Saying silently that love never always comes at first side. Sometimes it requires thousand of side *wink. It required hard work, determination and it does not always last a million year to be able to be called true love.

And Two Weeks Notice which represent the quotation
'You never realize how much you miss a person until you actually lost them’
. Gives Wade a knock on his head how sometimes we never realize that something so near is what we had been searching for all this while and a little courage will actually can make it real. ‘The one’ is right under his nose but he just too blind to see.

Silver screen had shape our definition of love for something that so magnificently magical and perfect. Is that so?

Pstt..
Life is full of coincidence, even two parellel lines might someday meet

Iryani = Kejiwangan yang melampau..hujan pulak dah turun (perfect set up for my 'kejiwangan' *LOL

Dear you,

7 tahun lalu, Cikgu Mariah menyuruh kami membuat sebuah karangan bertajuk "Dimana saya 15 tahun lagi”Aku menulis dengan penuh confident ...15 tahun lagi aku adalah graduan perubatan yang baru mula menapak dlm field ini sebagai pegawai perubatan.Itulah pilihan aku..muktamad.Huh...tersenyum aku sorang sorang seketika bila memikirkan betapa jauh menyimpangnya cita-cita dan realiti.I was never ever imagine that one day i'll be graduating with Bachelor of Tech(hons)Info.

Pelik tu memangla pelik. Masakan financial firm nak rekrut graduan IT?

Rupanya KPMG hadir membawa tawaran untuk postion as Chartered Accountant. Kami ditawarkan satu conversion programme selama 3 bulan sebelum diserap masuk ke KPMG. Selepas menjadi family KPMG kami harus bekerja sambil belajar selama 3 tahun seblum berjaya menjadi certified accountant. We ask one of them why us? Dan KPMG menjawab bahawa graduan dan dari jurusan selain accountancy lebih excel sebagai auditor a.k.a accountant. A good offer, a very good pay and a very very good career prospect that require a very very very hard work.

Did I go for the interview? Yerp I did. Why? Jadi saya pergi interview sebelah petangnya.Sesi 1 jam tu berakhir dengan cepat mungkin sebab interview tue tidak formal walaupon di interview oleh senior partner company itu sendiri atau mungkin berkat doa-doa yang kubaca saban minit menunggu sebelum ditemuduga. Nervous giler!!Terkumat- kamit mulut membaca tak berhenti-henti*wink

Kalau orang tanya..kalau pas temuduga nie will you accept the offer?Herm..I would say I do not know. Because honestly sekarang nie aku menanti dengan penuh sabar respond dari company lain di Cyberjaya untuk jawatan software engineer yang ku pohon . But who knows … dengan kehendakNya segala- galanya mungkin.
